Reporting to:  Upholstery Head of Department

Location:  Clayton, Bradford.  BD14 6LT

Type: Full Time & Permanent

40 hours per week:

Monday to Thursday:  7.30 am to 4.30 pm
Friday:                            7.30 am to 1.30 pm

Key Responsibilities 

• Assembly of motion furniture mechanisms & finished products using hand & power tools
• Ensure all work meets stringent quality standards
• Work efficiently to meet targets & strict deadlines
• Perform manual handling & lifting tasks
• Follow all safe working practices & maintain a clean and tidy work environment
• Provide support in other production areas when required

Key Skills & Requirements

• Experience of using a variety of hand and power tools
• The ability to consistently produce a very high standard of product
• Be able to manually lift & handle heavy loads
• Possess effective communication skills
• Maintain a positive attitude towards work
